During his tenure
with these Wall Street houses, he attended more "dog and pony"
shows, also known as due diligence meetings, than you can count. He
traded in and made markets in scores of IPOs, including making markets
for those issues in which his firm was the principal underwriter. |

In the IPO and
private offering area, John has originated, structured, and underwritten
dozens of deals, both debt and equity. He has also been a factor in
several battles for corporate control. |

John has also been
active in leveraged and management buyouts and other mergers and
acquisitions. |
