AquaLux Corporation, alternate energy company, 1999-2001, President, started and developed alternate energy company. Raise $1.7 million, present technology to state governors, major corporations, develop orders for products, recruit former top U.S. Environmental Protection Agency chemists .  

EyeAmerica, Inc., high-tech optical company, 1999, President, acquire and run company. As principal asset of Invicta, EyeAmerica pushed Invicta stock from $1.5 to $15 during my tenure.

Linuxlab, Inc., software and server company, 1999-2000, Director. Helped found, fund and develop company.

Financing. Obtain $20 million commitment from major insurance company, five times the amount thought possible before I arrived. Arranged $10 million hard money loan. In three days, developed 15 sources for $20 million bridge loan. Handled legal and public relations problems.

American Global Holdings Corporation, international infrastructure firm, Consultant, 1994-1997

Business Development: Structure $1.5 billion loan for one of world's largest oil companies. 

Financial: Find $12 billion debt for equity swap. Locate $20 million in debt financing on two weeks notice.

Corporate Representation: Represent Company with heads of state, prime ministers, ministers and heads of multi-billion dollar enterprises.

Corporate planning: Develop telecommunications business plan, develop plan for commodities department that signed $25 million in the next six months.

Start and run investment banking firm. Specializing in leverage buyouts, private placements, venture capital, battles for corporate control, and initial public offerings. Recommend special situations in the stock market. Hosted the financial TV program, The Wall Street Insider with John Lux. Developed proprietary derivative strategies.
