Be good.
Comply studiously with the laws and the rules .Give the investors a fair
deal. Don't be greedy. |

Thoroughly
document compliance with Rule 2. Make copies of these documents and keep
in a safe place. |
| Rule 4. |
Don't let others
around you break the rules. You will all hang together or you will all
hang separately as Ben Franklin said. |
